Senior Manager, GDCM Technical Projects
What are we looking for?
A driven, self-starter who can demonstrate exceptional communication and people management skills. A proven project management background and thorough knowledge of Hospitality systems and deployment methodology. You will regularly be involved in escalation and crisis management and should be confident in dealing with people at all levels.
You will need to have a proven track record of solution sourcing and be able to demonstrate strong technical understanding.
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
Required Qualifications
• Significant work experience in Technology or related field
• Previous professional experience in Technology systems and projects deployment
• Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of SharePoint systems
• Occasional travel - 10% of the time
Helpful Qualifications
• Hospitality and/or Technology degree
• ITIL accreditation
• Significant Hospitality Technology Experience
• Advanced MS Product knowledge
• Large Scale Project management track record
• PRINCE2/Agile/APM knowledge or similar qualification
• Knowledge/ experience of Hilton technology and deployment standards
