HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage key projects that advance and activate the Travel with Purpose strategy across our hotels and enterprise operations in the Americas region
- Cultivate internal and external relationships
- Lead and support high-visibility deliverables, lead regional efforts, advance global projects, and support internal and external ESG websites
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with other departments on projects that require cross-functional teamwork
- Plan strategically, to incorporate ESG into other disciplines’ goal-setting and tracking
- Collaborate with external consultants, NGO partners, vendors, and many others
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Americas Travel with Purpose Champions network, a group of hotel leaders that support the advancement of the Travel with Purpose strategy.
- 2023 ESG Annual Report leadership, an award-winning, high-visibility initiative
- Lead NGO partnership programs that support our progress toward 2030 Goals
- Represent Hilton ESG on external committees, workgroups, speaking engagements, and with key regional stakeholders.
- Manage and strengthen the ESG website, developing and executing a plan
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of work experience advancing corporate programs
- Four (4) years of work experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, and/or ESG
- Direct experience in the development of ESG-related programmatic resources, and reporting in a multi-partner environment
- Travel up to 20%
It would be useful if you have:
- Job experience working in the hospitality industry
- Direct experience with carbon reporting standards, internal/external ESG reporting, and/or third-party frameworks (e.g., CDP, DJSI, UN SDGs)
- Job experience working in a strategy or consultative role for a large global company
- Job experience tracking and planning for ESG policy and legislation
- Ability to speak in Spanish (bilingual)

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
