Senior Manager, Engineering – South East Asia

What are we looking for?
A Senior Manager, Engineering – South East Asia serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Professional Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering subject area, trade degree in a specific technical field relating to building Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 7-10 years of experience in the design and construction administration of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
• A minimum of five (5) years of hospitality experience is preferred, including lead design roles in new construction and renovation projects.
• Experience and knowledge of sustainable design, energy efficiency, and operations principles.
• Proven leadership skills, strong work/ethic, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Strong communication skills and manage stakeholders of all levels.
• Ability to direct collaborative efforts of resources throughout the Hilton organization, including internal resources, external resources, and other constituent groups as appropriate with the aim of furthering Company goals.
• Ability to lead change, resolve issues, and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units, including maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
• Ability to take the initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement all elements required for the team to fulfill responsibilities in keeping with core strategic goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including optimally addressing any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate.
• Ability to travel as required.
