HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Create and implement integrated communications plans aligned with a global brand and communications objectives, spotlighting Hilton as an innovative company through our partnerships efforts.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Build expertise and act as counsel on Partnerships PR for Hilton Team Members, globally.
- Create successful working relationships with partner organizations.
- Prioritize partnership experiential activations and events based on earned media potential and storytelling opportunities.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Lead media strategies and engagement related to enterprise partnerships.
- Manage PR agency, collaborate with internal and external partners, creatively manage competing priorities.
- Be a trusted advisor on external communications to senior Hilton stakeholders and liaison to internal and external partners.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years working in Communications/Public Relations:
- Experience launching partnerships or products.
- Experience counseling senior leadership.
- Travel up to 25%.
It would be useful if you have:
- Five (5) years of experience collaborating with global teams.
- Experience working in the sports, entertainment or hospitality industries.
- Experience working in a PR/consultant agency or matrixed organization.
- Experience working with external partners and their communications teams.
- Previous management and/or leadership experience.
