Senior Manager Commercial Services Finance

This is your chance to be part of the GBCS Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Senior Manager, Commercial Services Finance, reporting to the Director, Commercial Services Finance, you will focus on managing financial planning, analysis, and business support activities for the Commercial Services areas.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead the monthly forecasting process and annual operating expense budget process for the Commercial Services budget.
- Drive executive-ready financial reporting, communicate financial budgets, forecast and actual results to senior business and finance leadership.
- Monitor financial performance against stated goals, identify underlying budget risks and opportunities.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Lead financial modeling and analysis to support the commercial strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Collaborate with other Finance teams to support the broader Commercial Services and GBCS Monthly/Quarterly finance reviews.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Support leaderships across Commercial Services and build a strong relationship with main business and finance stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to help inform successful business decision.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Six (6) years of work experience in Financial Analysis or similar fields
- Two (2) years of people management experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including building and designing comprehensive financial models
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience in Hospitality industry
- BA/BS or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related fields
- Experience with Oracle SmartView and Hyperion Essbase or similar planning software
