Senior Manager, Brand Performance Support Strategy & Integration
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Create opportunities (events, programs, community outreach) to help build trust, collaboration, and appreciation across teams while working in a matrixed virtual environment.
- Develop an internal communications strategy that enables senior leadership to share priorities, business updates, and new resources while celebrating team accomplishments and recognizing individual contributions.
- Deliver status reports and critical insights to drive brand integrity and further alignment between BPS internal capabilities and the evolving needs of our stakeholder community.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Develop improvements to financial management processes across functional teams within BPS.
- Align with Hilton TM Relations to provide PDP/CDP oversight for BPS team, plan team-building and continuous improvement workshops, leverage recognition opportunities, and community outreach (sustainability and social projects) in local markets.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Create communication and change management protocols for major initiatives.
- Administer annual strategic planning sessions for BPS leadership to align on key priorities.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) Years Experience working with Hilton Brands
- Travel up to 20%
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS degree
- Three (3) years Management Experience
- Experience with Salesforce, MicroStrategy, Project Management Software
- Experience navigating a diverse/matrixed organization to drive the implementation of efficient planning processes
