Senior Manager, Brand Performance Support
What are we looking for?
Applicants will ideally have significant hotel industry experience - this can include a leadership role within operations and / or proven experience within commercial team including Revenue Management, Sales, E-commerce and Marketing. Other key skills include:
• Proven leadership / team management experience
• Understanding the importance of different stakeholders, paired with decision-making skills to determine the best resolution within company guidelines and in the best interest of involved parties.
• Analytical skills to evaluate business information and to translate data into knowledge and action
• Understanding of brand positioning, services and quality measures
• Additional language skills are advantageous
