Senior Manager, Brand Food and Beverage
What are we looking for?
Success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Highly organized individual with demonstrated project management skills and financial savvy
- Deep understanding of current hospitality brands, F&B concepts, restaurant/bar design, trends
- Creative capacity to lead brand visual ID projects
- Ability to long-term develop and deploy complex projects within in a matrix environment, effectively manage multiple partners
- Persuasive communication skills, to positively influence Hilton’s partners and can communicate effectively and with diplomacy at all levels
- Ability to handle change, resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; includes maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
- Total discretion and confidentiality regarding critical information
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with others
- Outstanding ability to assemble general project budget and timeline, and coordinate and prioritize projects through execution to launch
- Outstanding project management, organizational, and collaboration skills and ability to prioritize several projects at once
- Ability to work independently and lead independent work within larger groups as appropriate
- Able to travel as required
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of enterprise project and project management experience, preferably in hospitality or related consumer-facing product sector
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Degree or academic study in Hotel Management, Culinary, Brand Graphic / Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing/Branding
