Senior Manager, Brand Communications

What are we looking for?
We believe success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• An eye for news and the ability to craft engaging media pitches and stories to attract and target the appropriate media
• Ability to thrive and lead in a highly matrixed organization, with regard to attention to detail for partner needs/KSPs, i.e. marketing, commercial services, hotel operations, ESG, and HR
• Ease in shifting between traditional PR, brand reputation PR, PR event planning, and content integrations
• Ability to lead PR initiatives supporting brand-specific goals, corporate narratives, and global campaigns
• An analytical mentality to solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of proven experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism with measurable results generating coverage in targeted media
• Experience developing and crafting PR strategy, pitching and managing media interviews and events with senior company executives
• Experience in implementing brand reputation campaigns
• Willingness to travel as needed

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Experience collaborating with global teams
• Experience leading a direct report
• Travel industry/association experience
