What are we looking for:
If you enjoy leading a process and have a keen eye for detail and a passion for planning and implementing improvement, you would be a phenomenal addition to our team. We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Ability to be a self-starter, complete tasks, and plan schedules with limited supervision and administrative assistance
- Dedication to staying up-to-date and maintaining a deep understanding of design and construction brand standards
- Strong attention to detail with precise execution for processes and planning
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A customer service focus with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, hotel engineering, project management, or related fields
- Three (3) years of design and construction experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Travel frequently - weekly travel, approximately 50%
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or Construction related fields
- Ten (10) years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, hotel engineering, project management, or related fields
- Two (2) years of experience in hospitality capital renovation projects, including Property Improvement Plans
- Experience producing or approving conceptual designs for renovation
- Project Management experience
- Salesforce experience
*This role can sit in Memphis, TN, or be Remote.

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary for this role starts at $81,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
