Senior Manager, Americas Marketing Hotel Performance
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Develop and deliver performance reporting narratives of Americas Marketing digital media (mid and lower funnel media) and activations, helping our internal stakeholders and hotels understand the impact of Americas Marketing
- Capture and assess key performance metrics and identify trends and root causes of marketing performance to help influence actionable performance-based insights
- Leverage multiple data sources and cross functional teams to pull together the holistic performance story with the ability to land the narrative in a simple and visual way: the objective, performance impact and why it is important to the business and stakeholder.
- Provide thought leadership and enterprise thinking to optimize deliverables
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with teams across marketing and commercial organization: marketing strategy, planning, analytics and commercial teams
- Develop and deliver performance narrative to key internal marketing stakeholders and Americas Marketing team members by educating and informing on a monthly, bi-weekly cadence
- Develop new points of connection, both data and communication, of our marketing programs to shape the performance story leveraged by internal stakeholders
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Measure the impact of our marketing strategies, campaigns and programs creating a compelling value proposition for multiple stakeholders
- Storytelling with data: deliver and present out performance reporting narratives across multiple audiences with different marketing backgrounds
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
- Five (5) of work experience in Performance Reporting, Insights or Marketing related fields
- Curiosity of data, seeking to understand performance drivers and a natural storyteller
- Proven experience navigating a corporate matrixed medium to large organization
- Familiarity with digital paid media channels
- Travel up to 15%
It would be useful if you have:
- One (1) year of experience using reporting tools (ex: Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, Media Mix Modeling, etc.)
