Senior Manager AD&C Renovations CALA

As Senior Manager Renovations on the CALA AD&C team reporting to the Director AD&C CALA, you will work on renovation projects across Hilton's Focused Service, Full Service, All-Inclusive, Luxury & Lifestyle brand portfolio, including both managed and franchised hotels.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Lead end-to-end project management of renovations in alignment with Hilton AD&C processes and Brand requirements.
- Comprehend, review and oversee all design and construction documentation (design, drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings), ensuring technical compliance, quality, and value engineering.
- Provide regional architectural finishes, FFE, and manufacturer alternatives to Owners and Development partners as necessary.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved intent, quality, and operational standards, addressing non-conformance and driving resolution.
- Manage project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates, including monthly reports, quarterly updates, progress tracking, and key milestone approvals.
- Oversee project closeout, including punch, handover documentation, and final inspections, advising on readiness for opening and ensuring fulfillment of owner obligations.
- Continue to evolve and enhance the renovation program, refining processes, workflows, organizational structure, and reporting to improve efficiency, clarity, and overall project delivery.
- Develop impactful, visually engaging presentations and present them to influence and inform stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and owners.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Hilton, ownership, and consultants, ensuring clear communication, alignment on intent, potential risks, and delivery against brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with project teams throughout the project lifecycle for adherence to Brand Standards, shop drawing review, specifications, product review, and value engineering of materials, finishes and selections.
- Position AD&C as a trusted partner by building relationships with internal and external partners throughout the renovation cycle.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
Manage a substantial portfolio of operating Managed and Franchised Hotel renovation projects, including Voluntary, QA Compliance and Flex Renovation Program.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in project management, coordination, renovation, procurement, or related roles within the Hospitality Industry.
Experience delivering Hospitality environments related to architecture, design, construction, or renovation.
- Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Travel up to 20% within the Caribbean & Latin American Region.
It would be useful if you have:
- University degree in architecture, project management, building or quantity surveying or related discipline.
- Experience with Hospitality Procurement and understanding of Construction Logistics.
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar PDF Review Software.
- Experience working in international settings.
- PMP or other Project Management certifications.
