Senior Lead Solution Architect - Greater China & Mongolia

What are we looking for?

A Senior Lead Solution Architect serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

·       Minimal 15 years of working experience in development area

·       Minimal 8 years of solution architecting experience

·       Solid node.js knowledge, at least 10 years of node.js hands-on experience

·       Skilled in Full-stack development

·       Experienced in large scale distributed system, cloud application and service design/implementation

·       Experienced in architecting enterprise level applications and services

·       Knowledge about end-to-end customer facing application architecture

·       In-depth analysis skills, problem solving skills and big picture view

·       Superior communication skills

·       Excellent project and resource management skills

·       Risk identification and management skills

·      Ability to consult management and engineering teams, with technical advice regarding business analysis, project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture design

·       Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations

·       Ability to understand how different parts of business operations are connected and how business processes achieve their goals

·       Ability to define the beneficial solutions and the ones which are inefficient for a particular business need
