Senior Lead CDP Technical Program Manager, Greater China & Mongolia

This person will be expected to lead the overall CDP technical program management and requirements management process, as well as prioritizing features in the backlog, evaluate and articulate tradeoffs, to ensure the team is clear on working priorities.
This person will be expected to work closely with China MarTech team and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of product requirements.
This position will be expected to revise epics, author user stories and document complex systems and seek feedback from diverse viewpoints, lead the scrum team to do sprint planning as well as participating in grooming sessions with development teams. Partner with other project managers, UI/UX designer, developer, QA/UAT and cross functional teams to successfully deliver planned tasks and releases according to the roadmap and timeline.

· Product Vision:
a. Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall business strategy and customer needs.
b. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
· Requirement Gathering:
a. Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering, to understand their needs and gather requirements for the CDP.
b. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
· Prioritization:
a. Prioritize product features and backlog items based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
b. Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform prioritization decisions.
· Product Development:
a. Work closely with development teams to ensure that the product is built to meet the defined requirements and specifications.
b. Provide clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
c. Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
· Product Launch and Management:
a. Oversee the launch of new product features and updates.
b. Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
c. Continuously improve the product based on user insights and market trends.
· Data Governance:
a. Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
b. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to develop data pipelines and analytics capabilities.
· Program Management:
a. Working closely with counterparts in global and China commercial team, manage the CDP program from technology team perspective.
b. Coordination between global and local technology team, facilitate necessary technical discussions and activities.
c. Make sure CDP program is on track and proactively identify, remediate various issues and risks.
What are we looking for?
· Minimum Education: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience
· Minimum Years of Experience: 7
· Proactive personality with can do attitude
· Proven experience as a Product Owner, or program manager or similar role in a data-driven environment.
· Strong understanding of data management, data warehousing, and data analytics concepts.
· Experience working with data platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe, Redshift).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Passion for delivering innovative products that drive business value.
· Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
· Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPL).
· Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
