Senior Lead CDP Technical Program Manager, Greater China & Mongolia

What are we looking for?

·       Minimum Education: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience

·       Minimum Years of Experience: 7

·       Proactive personality with can do attitude

·       Proven experience as a Product Owner, or program manager or similar role in a data-driven environment.

·       Strong understanding of data management, data warehousing, and data analytics concepts.

·       Experience working with data platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe, Redshift).

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.  

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Passion for delivering innovative products that drive business value.

·       Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.

·       Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPL).

·       Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
