- Experience at a supervisory level
- Excellent organisation skills
- An excellent approach towards guest service
- Attention to detail and accuracy and a passion for quality
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Be fluent in the use of computer applications
- Be flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
- An ITS Accommodation Operations qualification will be considered an asset
