Senior Food and Beverage Manager - Conrad Indianapolis
Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Senior Food & Beverage Manager! This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage and directly overseeing 25 Front of House Food & Beverage team members.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience, a background in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments, and a strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge. This role requires someone who can inspire and lead a team, while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-touch setting.

What will I be doing?
As a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the Director of Food & Beverage in the organization and management of all Food & Beverage Departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments. Specifically, this role will primarily oversee the lobby lounge.
- Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to create promotions and specials for the lobby lounge.
- Support in the planning and direction of all Food & Beverage functions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the lobby lounge operation to achieve profitable results.
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure an efficient operation.
- Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and recommend new operating or marketing policies when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to HHC policies and procedures.
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulation.
