Senior Director, Marketing Strategy, Planning, & Performance
What are we looking for?
Success will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Strong people leadership skills
- Executive-level written and verbal communication capabilities
- Significant experience with strategic planning and implementation
- Consultative-based approach to uncovering challenges and identifying core business needs
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Twelve (12) of work experience in project management, strategy, or consulting
- Seven (7) years of work experience leading teams
- Travel up to 25%
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Experience working in the hospitality industry
- Experience leading organizational innovation projects, project management teams, or consulting teams
- Experience delivering strategic plans to executive-level leaders
- You are proficient in AirTable and MS applications including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
