To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
- Significant experience working in hospitality in Development, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and/or Operations
- Experience in the negotiation of high-value and complex branded residential and/or mixed-use hotel deal agreements
- Familiarity working in multi-functional teams and experience in a matrixed corporate operating model
- Travel as required (50%)
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience developing Managed and Franchise hotel agreements
- Experience analyzing NPV and IRR analyses and understanding capital sources.
- Architectural, Construction, or cost estimating experience is a major advantage.
- Experience delivering multiple projects and proficiency with prioritizing resource allocation based on business needs and return on investment, meeting tight deadlines, and being decisive under pressure
