Senior Director Global Lifestyle F&B
What are we looking for?
Success will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Collaboratively work with Franchisees and senior partners to provide brand mentorship, support, and programs across regions and in the franchise estate to support goals and priorities.
- Collaboratively work with Lifestyle Brand Ops and senior partners to provide brand mentorship, support, and programming to support category wide goal and priorities.
- Facilitate the market entry of new Hilton Lifestyle brands and concepts, and provide brand guidance to owners, asset managers, and operators.
- Ensure that appropriate talent is identified to assemble and develop a cross-functional team while leading that team to achieve strategic goals and performance using an Agile development methodology.
- Review Brand Standards for relevance in the market and develop updates in collaboration with respective Lifestyle Brand Heads, Brand Performance Support and F&B Operations.
- Lead projects, relationships, communications, and timelines with internal collaborators and third-party vendors.
- Strategically contribute and lead FB Lifestyle Team.
- Direct the strategy and resourcing of Brand Food & Beverage programs, offerings, and activities across all brands Globally.
- Resolve working schedules and lead outcomes based on project deadlines and projects list.
- Lead all aspects of tracking and progress of Lifestyle Global F&B brand initiatives & programs underway, on hold, and in development.
- Identify brand relevant restaurant operators and concept partners and make recommendations as vital.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Fifteen (15) years of overall professional experience
- Ten (10) years of Corporate Food & Beverage experience in a similar or multi role
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated experience leading a team
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated experience leading stakeholder management
- Sixty-five percent (65%) travel time required
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Masters Degree in Hospitality, Culinary, Hotel Management or Business Degree
- Ten (10) plus years of progressive Corporate F&B experience
- Demonstrated experience in Food & Beverage asset/prototype development and standards implementation

The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $210,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
