Senior Director, Global Leadership & Executive Development

What are we looking for?
Success will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Strong collaborator and consultant who can manage various stakeholder needs effectively.
• You and your team are expected to build collaborative relationships with your internal clients, to provide excellent service delivery, and to utilize your expertise to recommend and develop new solutions based on business needs, as well as HR strategic priorities and direction.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• At least eight (8) years of Leadership Development and/or Talent Management experience
• At least five (5) years of experience in a leadership role managing a team
• Deep understanding of the principles of adult development, leadership, and strategy.
• Demonstrated experience to present to Senior-level Executives and serve as a consultant at the highest level of the organization.
• Willing to travel up to 25%

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, or related field, or professional experience in lieu thereof
• At least ten (10) years of Leadership Development and/or Talent Management experience.
• Experience in client focused, consultative organization.
• Storytelling and data-based narrative skills.
• Strong operational skill in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• International business experience in emerging markets.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Module
