Senior Director, Global Brand Sales and Commercial Integration

- Evaluate and identify strategic opportunities, including developing, prioritizing, and implementing plans to meet core strategic goals
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience
- Seven (7) years of Hotel Sales or Revenue and Operations experience
- Five (5) years of experience in presentation development and delivery
- Five (5) years of management experience
- Three (3) years at a Hotel as a Director of Sales, Director of Business Development or Director Revenue Management
- Previous experience with a Brand Sales role as a Director or higher
- Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Potential to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2) years of Operations Management experience at a Hotel
- Two (2) years of experience as a brand or multi-unit representative
- Working knowledge of Hilton Worldwide property systems (OnQ, OnQ FM, OnQ RM) and Hotel Sales systems
