Includes establishing and maintaining regular communications with management teams, brands, and key constituent groups as appropriate
  • Ability to analyze departmental financial data in order to make strategic and operational decisions
  • Set standards for leadership by example, including inspiring change, resolving conflicts, and ensuring collaboration
  • Complete discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Strong problem solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration as appropriate; ability to identify and prevent potential problems; ability to nurture analytical skills among Team Members as appropriate
  • Advocate and implement professional development for self, direct reports and others, including capability to work with peers and other resources to provide development and mentoring opportunities; includes adherence to organization’s standards for performance feedback
  • Evaluate and identify strategic opportunities, including developing, prioritizing, and implementing plans to meet core strategic goals

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of professional experience
  • Seven (7) years of Hotel Sales or Revenue and Operations experience
  • Five (5) years of experience in presentation development and delivery
  • Five (5) years of management experience
  • Three (3) years at a Hotel as a Director of Sales, Director of Business Development or Director Revenue Management
  • Previous experience with a Brand Sales role as a Director or higher
  • Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Potential to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two (2) years of Operations Management experience at a Hotel
  • Two (2) years of experience as a brand or multi-unit representative
  • Working knowledge of Hilton Worldwide property systems (OnQ, OnQ FM, OnQ RM) and Hotel Sales systems
