Senior Content Designer

• Experience writing and mapping user stories.
• Excellent writing and content strategy skills, covering both long-form and short-form content.
• Meticulous, with a keen eye for consistency and quality.
• Experience researching, designing, and testing content experiences as part of multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
• Ability to work with analytics and content metrics – such as readability scores, qualitative research, and digital analytics – to solve problems pragmatically.
• Proficiency with content management systems.
• Ability to advocate for content design and help others understand its value.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

• Willingness to travel, as required.
• Office based in Glasgow; hybrid working available.
