HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Support team members by troubleshooting issues and providing technical advice.
  • Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support.
  • Configure and build the system database.
  • Set up hardware and system interfaces.
  • Migrate hotels from the retired PMS ensuring all data is imported to PEP.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Onboard new Associates through training on all aspects of a project and tasks.
  • Guide Associate and liaise with the Manager to support Associate's development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which include communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, and training.
  • Project Management duties in the absence of Project Managers.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems
  • Understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS and interfaces
  • Travel up to 80%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Five (5) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Experience as a successful systems installer
  • Knowledge in the following: point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON
  • Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems
  • Bilingual
