HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Work with the team to support onsite team members and guests with technical issues or questions at any of the managed sites.
  • Ensure the implementation of technology is aligned with the overall technical vision of the corporation, meets the business goals of the hotel, and streamlines operations while adhering to hardware and software standards.
  • Serve as a technical resource to the property executive team and directly assist or escalate complex IT issues and projects.
  • Be a liaison between corporate IT and the hotel team members to relay projects.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Effectively communicate with the executive teams of owned and led properties, handle technology-related projects, and support and deliver IT systems and procedures that align with Corporate and Brand IT standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to the cluster organization in implementing and supporting technology solutions.
  • Supervise and provide direction for technology applications, communications (voice and data), and computing services at assigned properties.
  • Be able to accommodate taskforce work within the East and other Field Services regions.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Be responsible for project management of all IT-related functions for full-service owned and managed properties, and handle an internal organization of IT Managers, staffing levels, and succession planning while encouraging a culture of customer service.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Two (2) years of work experience in Hospitality
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft systems, Agilysys (POS), OnQ Property Management System, and other Hilton Standard systems
  • Travel up to 30% (if applicable)

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
  • Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Four (4) + years of work experience in Hospitality
