Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Project manage hardware refresh activities for the Hilton family of hotels
  • Be the first level of support and order review for the refresh team
  • Utilize different reporting, database, and contracting tools to successfully complete projects
  • No direct managerial responsibility

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Interact with hotel points of contact, hotel owners, Hilton Network Engineering, Hilton Support and vendor partners
  • Participate in weekly team meetings
  • Facilitate meetings with hotel contacts and owners

What project you will take ownership of: 

  • Coordinate refreshes activities to support property management system hardware replacement for existing hotels


You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Two (2) years of work experience in Deployment Communications and/or Change Management
  • Experience managing simultaneous projects
  • Experience managing communications regarding IT systems, updates, or refreshes
  • Direct experience tracking project progress in common office productivity tools
  • Travel up to 5%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
  • Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Proficient in Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Project management experience at the hotel level
