Senior Analyst, SEO

As a Senior Analyst, SEO, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the SEO team reporting to the Sr Manager, SEO, you will help advance our digital presence in organic and AI-driven search. This role will focus on driving organic visibility, optimizing content performance, and supporting enterprise SEO initiatives across Hilton's global portfolio.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Master Hilton's enterprise AI-driven search tool to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Translate insights from AI-driven and traditional SEO reporting into actionable strategies.
- Coordinate implementation of SEO initiatives with content, product, and technology teams.
- Support Hilton's enterprise SEO strategy across brand, property, and regional websites.
- Monitor performance using AI-driven and traditional SEO platforms (Conductor, seoClarity, Bluefish and BrightEdge).
- Build dashboards and reports to measure KPIs, share insights, and track return on investment.
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve visibility and engagement.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with regional SEO teams, digital marketing partners, and external vendors to implement recommendations.
- Resolve SEO-related issues quickly and streamline workflows for efficiency.
- Vendor and Team Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors and team members, providing necessary documentation, training, and support to ensure smooth integration.
- Product Research and Tool Evaluation: Conduct market research on SEO products and tools, evaluate new solutions for team adoption, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Optimize and maintain Airtable workflows to enhance project transparency, streamline tracking, and improve operational efficiency across the SEO team.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Be the operational lead for AI-driven search projects, ensuring alignment across global partners.
- Oversee App Store Optimization initiatives and reports on performance.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three plus (3+) years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or analytics.
- Experience in SEO project coordination and operational support.
- Experience in a global, multi-brand, or hospitality environment.
- Proficiency with workflow management tools, like Airtable.
- Working knowledge of AI-driven search, generative AI, or agentic AI platforms.
- Proficiency in enterprise SEO and analytics tools (SEOClarity, Conductor, Bluefish, Adobe Analytics (CJA), Google Search Console, etc.).
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or relevant experience.
- Experience with App Store Optimization and vendor management.
