Senior Analyst, Revenue Support RMCC Americas

- Develop new reports and tools to drive efficiency, improve reporting metrics and business processes
- Lead reporting requests and provide updates to help senior management better understand the key drivers and opportunities for the future
- Create and structure PowerPoint presentations to provide leadership with detailed information in a concise manner
- Must have the ability to work optimally both independently and within a team
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and modeling skills crucial
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in an analytical role
- Experience with SQL Server
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and/or MicroStrategy or similar tools
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma/Cepeg in Hospitality or a related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree with course work in Business Administration or Hospitality
- Three (3) years of programming experience with VBA, VB.NET, Python, R, SQL, or similar programs
- Three (3) years of business analytics experience with Microsoft SQL, Excel, or similar programs
- Three (3) years of experience with Hospitality technology systems, including GRO or IDeaS, OnQ Forecast Management, OnQ Rate & Inventory
- One (1) year of server-based database development experience with Microsoft SQL
- One (1) year of Hotel or Hospitality experience in Sales, Revenue Management, Catering, or Meeting services

The annual salary range for this role is $50,000-$75,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
