Senior Analyst Real Estate & Asset Management
What are we looking for?
- As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet in order to be considered for this amazing opportunity. These are detailed as follows.
- Must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a hotel administration or business school; a graduate degree in business administration, finance or real estate related fields is preferred.
- Prior internships or full-time work experience within hotel consulting, valuations, investments, asset management, or similar.
- Completed coursework in finance, economics, or related fields.
- Highly developed analytical, financial and communication, and coordination skills are critical to the role.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- An additional European language would be useful, although not essential.
- You should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in hospitality as well as general knowledge of hospitality finance and experience in analysing hotel metrics and reports (P&L statements, STR, etc.) would be preferred.
- Highly personable, able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and organisation.
- Must demonstrate strong data analysis, modelling and interpretation skills.
- Advanced user of MS Excel.
