Join Hilton Supply Management (HSM), our in-house team supporting brands, owners, and operators with a $6B spend influence and a network of 2,000+ suppliers. HSM drives value through sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing. As a Senior Analyst, Procurement Applications, you'll support our BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P systems. Reporting to the Director of Procurement Applications Americas, you'll contribute to system improvements, deployments, and compliance initiatives.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead and engage in the deployment, training and support of BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications in the Americas
- Provide expertise to ensure processes are in place to identify requirements and handle content data as related to suppliers, classifications, taxonomy schema, business attributes, tax type identification and setup within the BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications
- Lead provision of Level 1 support to internal customers in Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region on Hilton's back-office system inclusive of problem detection, determination, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation
How you will collaborate with others:
- Participate in the continued planning, improvement, and development of BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications to enhance usage, cost-savings, spend compliance, data management, and integration
- Create, analyze, and summarize ad-hoc reports requested by users/leadership
What you will take ownership of:
- Implementation and support of the P2P system in the CALA, including training and issue resolution. Conduct system audits for compliance
- Conduct user training, develop training material and identify training needs.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional work experience
- Experience working with global back office financial systems such as Sun, Navision, M3 or similar
- Experience in deployment strategies, application support, and file exchange technologies
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Travel up to 25%
It would be useful if you have:
- Five (5) years of procurement or supply management experience
- Three (3) years of work experience in hospitality
- Experience using BirchStreet or ReactorNet P2P systems
- Experience managing projects and solving complex problems
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI
