Senior Analyst Pathway Programs

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• You will build strategic partnerships and oversee the activation of program pilots with multiple national and local CBOs with the goal of generating a pipeline of viable applicants from underrepresented communities.
• Through thoughtful storytelling of our programs and Team Members you will create executive briefs about the Pathways Programs to communicate to leadership.
• You will create long- and short-term plans, set targets for milestones, and manage projects.
• Travel up to 20%

        How you will collaborate with others:

• You will work alongside other HR leaders to align the Pathways Programs with enterprise efforts.
• You will collaborate with the recruiting team to execute important Pathway hiring events and consult with other team members such as the DE&I team and Team Member Resource Groups to influence hiring strategies.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Build and refresh hiring toolkits for career fairs. These toolkits include presentations, flyers, and collateral for hotels to activate locally.
• Maintain internal resource website for recruiting and HR team members. The site will include templates, best practices, and success stories to help tell our story.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT 

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of work experience in hospitality, nonprofit, or social impact
• One (1) year of experience building strategic partnerships and managing programs
• You are comfortable working in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Word
• Demonstrated ability in storytelling using data & analytics

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience working with Recruiting
• Experience working with Community Based Organizations
