Senior Analyst, Paid Search
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Support and implement strategies while analyzing performance for Hilton’s Paid Search program which supports 20+ brands under the Hilton business.
- Work with agencies on daily activities to maintain paid search success across ad platforms such as Google, Bing, Yelp, etc.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Support the Paid Search Manager on daily management of Always-On campaigns
- Work with our agency:
- Perform regular A/B testing to refine ad copy, landing pages, and account audits.
- Execute on new tactics and concepts to support the broader marketing strategies.
- Work with brand managers to gather up-to-date copy and brand assets for search ad campaigns
What responsibilities you will take ownership of:
- Manage budgets ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns and platforms.
- Analyze performance against key KPIs while providing actionable insights to enhance overall paid search strategy.
- Prepare internal regular reporting on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights to hold agency accountable for performance and budget efficiencies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, implementing new features and tactics to improve campaign effectiveness.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional experience.
- Track record supporting enterprise or large-scale paid search spend.
- Experience with the Google and Bing Suite of products (SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar.
- Experience using complex search data to report on potential growth opportunities.
- Ability to work from the Addison, TX or McLean, VA office 3 days per week
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience working in an Agency environment
- Advanced technical skills in Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the broader travel industry and its search opportunities.
