Senior Analyst HR Strategy

What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

•    A natural-born storyteller with an eye for formatting and design
•    Someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, has a high attention to detail, and can define creative solutions for problems
•    A strong communicator who can take initiative and adapt to change and shifting priorities
•    Project management skills with a high level of execution and ability to optimally balance multiple, concurrent demands, and appropriately prioritize responsibilities

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

•    Two (2) years of professional experience, preferably in a HR, creative, or strategic function
•    Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
•    Experience developing content for speaking engagements, strategy decks, and summary documents through creative and visually appealing presentations, infographics, and one-pagers

•    Demonstratable track record in crafting positive relationships in a matrixed environment and collaborating across multiple partners
•    Demonstratable experience with strong communication skills and leading project timelines and tasks

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop)
•    General analytical knowledge/skills
