Senior Analyst, Hilton Honors Finance

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Create and test financial Excel models to assess the profitability of new and ongoing co-brand credit card programs
• Evaluate the performance of existing programs through monthly variance analysis
• Support business cases and investment requests for entry into new co-brand markets
• Contribute to the annual budget process by collaborating with partners in preparing their annual operating plans

How you will collaborate with others:

• Work with the international co-brand product management team to set goals, track performance, and assist with external negotiations
• Collaborate with other teams such as accounting, legal, tax, treasury, and others to provide comprehensive financial management of the international co-brand products

What you will take ownership of: 

• Maintain financial forecasting models for existing international co-brand partners
• Create financial models and analysis to support international co-brand partnership expansion

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Two (2) years of work experience in financial or data analysis within a financial function
• You can write complex SQL queries to solve business problems.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• You have general accounting knowledge, specifically around accrual, cost allocation, amortization

It would be useful if you have:

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
• Two (2) years of analytical experience using SQL within a financial function
• Hospitality or consumer credit industry experience
