Senior Analyst, GRO Support

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a support, revenue management, or customer service role
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Hospitality experience
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Five (5) years of work experience in the travel industry, distribution systems, project management, or technical development roles
- Two (2) years managing multiple projects concurrently
- Two (2) years of experience in a support role preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of additional systems including OnQ, Insider Reporting, and other Revenue Analysis tools
- Experience with GRO LDB properties including configuration files, rebuilds, and recalibrations
- Experience with GRO deployment
- Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems; ability to develop problem-solving skills among team members as appropriate
- Ability to learn new systems and processes with ease
