Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation
What are we looking for?

- Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for accuracy, building in checks for own work
- Strong verbal, visual, and written communicator who will communicate and influence effectively at all levels
- Compelling and insightful storyteller with an understanding of data, who can compile presentations that communicate insights and recommendations
- Problem solver who is flexible and creative in finding solutions for hard problems
- Self-starter who takes initiative, and possesses adaptability to last-minute change
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Two (2) years of professional experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following preferred qualifications:
- Compensation, HR, consulting, or strategy experience with a large corporation
- Experience supporting Long Term Incentive/Equity plans
- Industry experience in hospitality or a related field
