What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of data analysis or reporting experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill large datasets to inform strategy and evaluate progress with proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables, power query, VBA, macros, lookups) with strong statistics and data analysis skills.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills; ability to explain results and findings to management verbally, visually, and in written format.
- Experience with process documentation and proven ability to maintain audit trails.
- Familiarity with reporting and disclosure frameworks such as CDP, GRI, CSA, etc.
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, or Tableau.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s degree or MA/MS Master's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of data management associated with carbon reporting standards, internal/external ESG reporting, ISO certification, and third-party frameworks and programs such as CDP, CSA, ENERGY STAR, GRI, UN SDGs, TCFD, and SASB, and science-based target methodologies.
- Experience handling and analyzing environmental impact metrics, reporting, and measurement, particularly carbon and energy management.
