Senior Analyst, Digital Content Platform Support

- Strong desire and ability to facilitate, solve, plan, and document while delivering quality product initiatives
- Good interpersonal skills for interacting with partners, product managers, designers, IT, and communications teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, advocating for channel-agnostic setup and seeing larger needs beyond immediate content questions.
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years in a related position as an enterprise-level systems administrator
- Three (3) years in a specialized content-related position supporting content technology (CMS, DAM) with experience in programming/scripting languages
- Willing to work a hybrid office schedule based in Dallas, TX, Memphis, TN, or McLean, VA
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin; Any Programming/Scripting language certifications
- Experience with LEAN; Web application development & programming; IT operations; Network operations; Cloud applications and architecture
