Senior Analyst Customer Insights
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Share ownership of Hilton’s online guest community including execution of ad hoc requests and ongoing studies, community engagement, and daily vendor communications.
- Analyze primary/secondary market research data sources, extracting and communicating salient insights in written and verbal formats.
- Provide support to a team of researchers on custom and tracking research projects, including vendor coordination, internal partner management/communication, questionnaire reviews, survey testing.
- Help evaluate new vendors and research tools.
- Prepare reports and presentations, independently or in collaboration with others.
- Help prepare analysis of other internal data, syndicated data, and consumer trends reporting.
- Share recommendations with partners across the organization via presentations, written reports, uploads to the knowledge management platform, and other means.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with other researchers to develop the best-fit approach to answering colleague and enterprise-wide questions
- Partner with colleagues to share and socialize research findings with internal audiences
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Custom research requests for internal business partners (e.g., Hilton brands, rewards program, etc.)
- Online community management
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in consumer research/insights, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, customer experience measurement, or analytics role(s)
- One (1) year of experience utilizing custom market research methodologies
It would be useful if you have:
- Three (3) years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving multiple team and/or cross-business projects
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in related field
- Experience managing an online community/panel
- Experience partnering with external vendors
- Experience writing custom research questionnaires
- Experience with research survey tools, e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Sparq3
- Experience with global research
- Experience with advanced statistical tools, e.g., SPSS
