Senior Analyst, Corporate Compensation & Benefit Accounting
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Prepare monthly close and ad-hoc journal entries
- Perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations, including resolution of discrepancies or outstanding items
- Prepare annual financial statements for Hilton 401K and Pension Plan audits
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with external vendors, corporate offices, and properties to record compensation and benefit journal entries
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide documentation regarding financial documents and analysis
- Be a primary contact for Finance partners regarding compensation and benefit payroll inquiries, coordinating with the HR and Payroll GL teams to provide accurate responses
What you will take ownership of:

Manage all aspects of global consolidated accounting and reporting for the compensation, benefits, and other items as allocated within Hilton
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience in Accounting or other financial function
- Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting Principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Knowledge of Month-End Close and Budgeting
- Intermediate-level Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)
