Senior Analyst, Content Marketing

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Support global campaign strategy, development, and execution.
• Facilitate campaign development across destination and performance marketing.
• Manage content production related to our brand platform, campaign, and key partnerships.
• Assist with global and regional analytics teams to compile and evaluate content initiative's performance.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Build strong, working relationships with internal teams and agency partners.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing & Loyalty teams to ensure they are in lockstep with the Global Content Team on brand platform and campaign updates. 
• Partner with agencies on overall global campaign alignment including creative asset development and talent management across regions. 

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Lead strategy across custom content partnerships.
• Manage the inclusion of Hilton's brand platform, For the Stay., in new initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee campaign development in new regions and channels.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of work experience in Marketing or Advertising.
• Experience supporting national campaigns.
• Work a hybrid office schedule in McLean, VA.
• Travel up to 15% of time.

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience supporting global initiatives.
• Experience with budget management and timelines.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
