Senior Analyst, Content Marketing
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Proven experience in cross-platform editorial management with an emphasis on increased audience engagement
- Fluent in AP Style and comfortable editing both long-form and short-form written, spoken, and displayed content
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous/changing situations and tight deadlines with a positive demeanor
- Keen attention to detail, strong project management skills, and interpersonal capabilities
- Able to deliver against timelines while managing complex situations in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely interpret stakeholder needs at varying degrees of seniority (both verbally and written)
- Motivated self-starter with high integrity, enthusiasm, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient collaboration and presentation skills, with a demonstrated record of partnering and influencing cross-functional teams across the enterprise to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goals
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional experience
- Experience managing complex projects with matrixed internal and external collaborators
- Proven content management and editorial experience
- Experience with writing and editing across different formats and mediums •
- Experience with content marketing web tracking and analytics (Adobe preferred)
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working within a matrix environment
- Experience using project management software

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $71,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
