Senior Analyst Compliance, HAFS Global Compliance - Memphis, TN
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- You will analyze performance data and make conclusions
- You will design models and dashboards to allow readers to quickly understand the performance
- You will use your judgment to identify challenges and suggest solutions
How you will collaborate with others:
- Hilton Accounting & Finance Services locations in Memphis, London, Glasgow, and Hyderabad
- Blackline and Peoplesoft Performance & Governance teams
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Blackline Reconciliation Certification Logs and analysis
- Follow-up communications with reconciliation preparers and approvers
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years in audit, accounting, or internal controls
- Proficiency with Data Analysis Tools
- Work a hybrid work schedule with 2 days onsite in our Memphis, TN office and 3 days working from home
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Hospitality industry experience
