An Assistant Sales Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Good level of speaking, reading, and writing in English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
Ability to follow all safety procedures/standards and able to recognize and act in emergency situations.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
