What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum Years of Experience:  Minimum of two years hotel sales experience within a full-service hotel 
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to travel on short notice and adaptable to schedule changes. Corporate Vertical and/or association market experience highly preferred. Delphi FDC Preferred. Lifestyle hotel experience, highly preferred. Local Market knowledge preferred. 
  • Highly professional presentations and oral and written communication skills.

Sales Incentive Plan: 

Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success.
