HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Manage and support other Sales Managers in accomplishing High Efficiency team and portfolio goals. You will develop team members in their sales and leadership through regular meetings and feedback.
  • Initiate preparation of proposals and contracts on hotel guestrooms and meeting space with availability and pricing, strategically developed in partnership with the Revenue Manager(s) supporting the brand.
  • Ensure alignment with the hotel teams, sales teams, and Hilton Commercial and Brand Performance teams on strategies and pricing.
  • Formulate plans to improve group sales performance, communicate the plan to the hotel team, and implement the changes using Hilton sales systems such as OnQ Rates & Inventory (R&I), Global Revenue Optimization (GRO), and Delphi.FDC.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build a positive relationship within the RMCC and other key commercial partners as you help guide the growth and structure for Spark and LivSmart Studios support.
  • Coordinate and assist with departmental projects that support the RMCC-Americas, High Efficiency model and RMCC 2.0 objectives.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with Coordinators, Analysts, Managers, Assistant Directors, Directors, and internal and external teams to achieve efficiencies and results.

  • You will have the unique opportunity to influence the future of the High Efficiency Support Model for new Hilton brands.
  • Identify and elevate successful practices in your daily support and be empowered to collaborate with other teams to develop solutions to shape the future of our hotel support.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of hotel facing sales experience
  • One (1) year working in a supervisory role leading and developing high performing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel sales lead process, negotiation, contracting, and working with various third-party sales lead generators
  • Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel Sales Systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports
  • Proficient in Delphi
  • Experience building trusted partnerships with property teams at all levels

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, front office operations, or related field
  • Experience creating and delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences
  • Two (2) years in hotel group sales
  • Hotel operations experience
