Description

Hilton La Jolla Torrey pines is a Coastal retreat that attracts Guests from all over the world. Find them on the 18th hole of the Torrey Pines Golf Course, Exploring the natural beauty of Torrey Pines State Reserve nearby, walking trailhead to Torrey Pines State Beach one mile away, or sipping a cocktail at the on-site restaurant. 

This position is vital to the success of the Front office operations, one of the first stops our guests make is to check in. In this role you will oversee the daily assignment of rooms and assist in supervising, training and coaching our Guest Service Agents. This position requires at least 2 years guest service agent experience in a hotel setting. 

  • Shift: Tues-Saturday (with flexibility for other days) 

 

 What will I be doing?

As a Rooms Controller, you will be responsible to daily room assignment for VIP's and all other special requests. Assist Front Desk with daily operations.

The hourly rate is $22.25 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
