What will I be doing?
Shifts from 4pm until midnight usually
Shifts usually starts from 4pm till midnight
Preparing orders
- Setting tables and trays according to type of food ordered and the hotel's service standards
- Delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner
- Ensuring excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure
- Recording order details in an electronic system or writing them on a receipt
- Collecting payment for room service orders from guests upon delivery of food and beverages
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
- Cleaning and removing the trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridor
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Effective management skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good grooming standards
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry
