Revenue Specialist, RMCC Americas
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Analyze hotel pricing and inventory to propose daily pricing strategies aimed at increasing market share.
- Lead weekly revenue management meetings with an emphasis on providing strategies based on past and future performance statistics to achieve market share growth, and cultivating a trusted advisor relationship with the hotel teams.
- Configure several systems including GRO, and OnQ R&I.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work with multiple teams to fulfill deadlines, improve, and accomplish shared initiatives.
- Collaborate with hotels team and revenue management partners to gain market insight, balancing hotel, and enterprise objectives.
- Use skills to foster trusted advisor relationships that motivate and influence internal and external partners to enhance productivity.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- As part of a team, you will build and support our culture of entrepreneurship and excellence in supporting our clients.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Proficiency in analyzing, and explaining statistical data, to develop strategies and generate a course of action
- Experience learning new technology, processes, and programs
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or a related field of study, OR two (2) years or more of analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations
- Hospitality industry experience
- Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports
