What are we looking for?
A Revenue Specialist, RMCC – APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2 years of related experience
- Practical experience in hotel revenue management, asset management, or feasibility.
- Hands-on project execution and solid knowledge of project management frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with relevant stakeholders in global, regional and hotel teams.
- Able to set and maintain minimum standards.
- Able to analyze data and identify significant trends.
- Self-motivated and competitive.
- Able to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
- Good personal presentation.
- Warm personality and possess team spirit.
- Clear verbal/written English proficiency for cross-functional and regional collaboration.
- Proactive: Identifies underperforming areas and implements fixes swiftly.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in data, reporting, and compliance (e.g., rate parity, system configurations).
- Team-Focused: Collaborative spirit to align strategies with commercial teams and exceed KPIs (RevPAR, EBITDA).
