HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Responsible for all Revenue Management responsibilities for assigned portfolio hotels including daily pricing analysis and strategy changes, business evaluation, and trend analysis.
  • Conduct weekly Commercial strategy meetings to discuss booking pace, performance, and hotel-specific goals, ensuring agreement with partners on revenue strategy and pricing.
  • Forecast future performance, identify trends, and act upon risk and opportunity.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build and maintain relationships with your assigned portfolio of hotels and revenue management partners to influence results.  
  • Collaborate with e-Commerce, Marketing, and Distribution teams within Hilton Commercial Services to guide hotel performance.  
  • Partner with peer Revenue Managers to find solutions and share best practices. 

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Contribute to systems and process improvements  
  • Opportunity for Mentorship 

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of work experience in Revenue Management  
  • Experience managing hotel rates and inventory 
  • Experience analyzing, and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action 
  • In-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STR and shop reports 
  • Travel up to 10% annually

It would be useful if you have:

  • Full-Service revenue management experience
  • Knowledge of our Revenue Management systems 
  • On-property hotel or Hospitality experience
